Wordless Wednesdays: A quick peek to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show!

Hello there and welcome back!

Time is running sooo fast and I cannot believe that May is gone already! This is definitivelly the busiest time of the year for us and between the Chelsea Fringe, The RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the new collaboration with GROW London and the ongoing design projects, the hours of the day (and of the night!) are never enought!  I wish I could bring you all in my pockets to share these exciting days with you!

Due to previous work commitments, this year I couldn't plant in Main Avenue at Chelsea, but I was lucky enough to host for Luciano Giubbilei (Gold Medal & Best In Show) and the super Cleve West (Gold Medal). Here a little peek of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2014.

Tulips galore at Great Dixter!

Welcome back at Mercurelli's :)

As May approach things are hotting up at fast pace. The iconic RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the exhuberant Chelsea Fringe Festival are around the corner, and I just started a new collaboration with GROW London, which I am very enthusiast about and of which I will tell more in another post. One of the two Twickenham gardens has been completed on perfect schedule and the one in Teddington is on its way.

But you know, a Garden Designer is never arrived and even in a such busy time of the year it is essential to find time for planning, brainstorming and learning. And when your 'learning day' is a day a Great Dixter, side by side with Fergus Garrett... well...there isn't much more you can ask for!

Once there I could not avoid capturing all this colour feast for you!

Wordless Wednesdays: Garden Curves!

Welcome back to Mercurelli's blog :) 

I can't believe that is March already, where February is gone? As spring approaches, the number of meetings, drawings and garden-related events are increasing esponentially, but I do my best to keep posting! :) 

Coming to our wordless day inspiration, it is no secret that I LOVE to incorporate curves and organic shapes in my designs. They can alter completely the feel of the space and can turn a classic rectangular-box garden into a FANTASTIC sensory journey.

Mercurelli's update!

Hellooo and welcome back at Mercurelli's :)

I am sooo excited about all the fantastic events going on...it is all happening so quickly that it is getting hard to keep the blog updated, so thanks again to all the garden-enthusiasts who keep following me daily on Facebook and Twitter :)

{Garden Design consultation for the Chelsea Fringe!}

I left you at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. What happened after? :)

I re-embraced my busy busy schedule and I continued my collaborations with the Botanical Gardener, the Garden Museum, and most of all with Classic and Modern Gardens, the hectic studio of Stephen Anthony Ryan, where we are getting ready for the bulding of 'August 1963: I have a dream' Show Garden at Hampton Court. The studio has now welcome a new member and it has never been so busy in delivering Bespoke Garden Design and Landscape services!

Has if the RHS Hampton Court Flower Festival wasn't exciting enough on its own, Stephen's studio is involved in some grand projects both private and commercial...I feel very lucky to be part of the team and to design for such a firm!
Since the last update I also took part to the Chelsea Fringe Garden Festival (Picture above)...and I got pubblished on Vitis, the 'inside' magazine of the Society of Garden Designers...
